August was another big blur for me! It was busy with all the kids activities, vacation, and just daily life. The kids didn't start school until September this year so it felt like we had a really long summer. I was actually ready for the kids to go to school, get back in a routine, have dinner at a good time and go to bed at a good time. These are just some random pictures of our August month.

| For our ward summer party, they had a talent show. Jace and several kids from his class danced. Jace is quite the dancer! |

| In August, we had a huge fire on the foothill by our house. It started from lighting. It started out small and turned into a huge fire. |

Before school starts in August, I always take my kids to feed the ducks and go to the green belt in Idaho falls. It our tradition we have done since we moved to Blackfoot. Jake has board meetings so he doesn't get to enjoy the fun time with us. We miss him, but we have a great time! |
| This picture makes me laugh. Mckenna was so so so scared of the geese. Madelyn had gotten bit by a mosquito so her eye was swollen and looked like she had been in fight. |
