Several weeks before the 4th of July, I  wanted Jake to enter some rodeos for Cowboy Christmas.  (weird that I am wanting him to go rodeo)  Jason decided to come for the 4th.  They ended up going to Pocatello, Lewiston, and Driggs.  We were excited to go as a family.  The kids had so fun going to

the rodeo and the fireworks. On Wednesday night we went to Pocatello with some of Jason's family.  Jake and Jason won 4th place and won enough to buy dinner at Panda Express.  Thursday the 4th, Jason, Jake, Jace and Evan went to Lewiston at 5 a.m.  Jace loves going with Jake, well, we all do.  This is something Jake and I have always wanted to do as a family.  As a family, we went to the Driggs Rodeo.  They didn't win any more money the rest of the 4th.  It was fun to go back to the Berry's house for fireworks.  Madelyn was scared of the fireworks.  Jagger screamed at all of the fireworks.

We went to Poulters for a 4th of July breakfast.  Red, white and blue crepes were super yummy.

Jagger didn't want to get off the horse.  He loves riding horses!

Madelyn liked seeing the fireworks, as long as she kept her ears covered. 

We didn't get home until 2 a.m!  They did so good and had so fun!

The next night we did some more fireworks at our house.  The kids loved the fireworks, except for Jagger.

McKenna did a gym class once a week in July.  She almost has her back-hand spring down.

Every year the Library does a reading program for the kids.  The kids always enjoy doing it.  This is McKenna all dressed up!

Jagger loves horses.  Jace is such a nice big brother to Jagger. He takes such great care of him. 

Mallory and Jace took horse 4-H this year from Sheila Tibbiets.  This was Mallory's 1st year.  She did so good on Cadillac. She became such a good rider. 

This is Jace's 4th year of 4-H.

Our weather in July has been beautiful!  The sunsets are gorgeous every night.  I love where we live!

This year for the Erickson Reunion we went to Utah.  We went to Aunt Dot's swimming pool.  The kids had so much fun!  Then the next day we went to Lagoon.  It was a long day, but so fun.  Jake and Jace aren't much of roller coaster riders, so Mallory and I went on all the scary rides!  Thanks to Aunt Jill that took Jagger most of the day!

Eden had her birthday in July.  We went to Rexburg to the splash park, Gringos, and the Rexburg temple.  It was a fun night. 

Eden is one funny girl. Madelyn and Eden are best friends!  We love her!

The Rexburg Temple is beautiful.  We loved being at the temple and of the peaceful feeling there.

Korver didn't want to sit too long.  He is so cute!

Rexburg has a special place in my heart.  I wish the temple was there when I was growing up. 

We went on a Sunday drive on a beautiful July Summer evening.  We went up to Wolverine Canyon, which we have never been since we moved to Blackfoot 7 years ago.  It was beautiful!  We will definitely go back and spend more time there!
