McKenna is 5!

McKenna's birthday snuck up on me this year.  I had been really sick since December so I hadn't done too much planning for it, but no worries for me, since Mallory took over and planned it.  They decided on doing a Fancy Nancy Party.  She has so many girl cousins, so she just did a cousin party.  They all dressed up in their fanciest clothes.  We had fancy snacks, fancy decorations, Fancy Nancy book reading, and made fancy bracelets(forgot the camera on that one) It was a great day for McKenna!
Mckenna requested that she make Grandma's Cinnamon Rolls for her birthday treat to take to Preschool.  Grandma was nice enough to help McKenna make them.  My girls love doing anything with Grandma!

I had told McKenna that I could help her make Cinnamon rolls, but she didn't think I could make them as good as Grandma!

McKenna was so excited to be able to go to Preschool on her birthday and share her yummy treats!

Pretty cute 5 year old girl!
She was super excited for her breakfast in bed!

Mckenna had a fancy Nancy Party!  She was excited that most of her cousins could come!

Ashley was nice to help read Fancy Nancy books to the girls.
Marie saved the day again with the cake.  I was really sick with baby #5 so of course my family saved me again.  McKenna couldn't believe how beautiful her cake turned out!

McKenna's favorite dinner.  Lasagna, green beans, strawberry salad and french bread.

This girl makes me laugh!  She was dressed up to go on a spy mission outside with her sisters!
Things we love about McKenna
  • She alwasys has a smile on her face.  She is happy most of the time!
  • She tries so hard to please me.  She does small things to make life easier.
  • She says some funny things to make us laugh.
  • She is quite the horse rider.  She can ride her pony Sprout so good.  She could do it for hours.
  • She can do cartwheels, roundoffs, and gymnatics tricks.  She just started in Janurary and learned so fast.
  • She is so Smart.  She taught herself the alapbet and how to write the letters.
  • She is a loving, kind, and nice girl to her family and friends.
  • She is a bit comeptive!(not sure where she gets that!)When she plays games, she means business!
We feel so blessed to have McKenna as our daughter!
